As part of the management leadership team, this position will manage, plan, monitor & update a safe, effective & efficient maintenance program to ensure the reliability of the machinery, tooling & manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on role and will require you to be on the floor with your team, while working in close partnership with the Manufacturing, Tooling, and Process Development departments to achieve our goals. Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for facility upgrades and maintenance
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical molding equipment
- Plan and manage Preventative maintenance program on all equipment
- Manage new projects such as installations, upgrades, and building of secondary equipment
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts
- Manage any on-site contractors
- Development and direction of the maintenance team
Core Hours : 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM) - flexible
Education and / or Experience : Bachelors degree and 3 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
