Intake Specialist Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP is a rapidly growing law firm focusing on both transactional and litigation matters. This position is a full-time in-office position with a hybrid option over time.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Intake Specialist to manage the prospective client workflow, draft engagement letters, manage client onboarding, and perform other related tasks.Responsibilities include:
- Consistent and professional client follow-up
- Draft engagement letters
- Follow up with attorneys as needed to obtain accurate and detailed information
- New client onboarding
- Basic communications with clients and outside professionals
- Electronic and physical document management, preparation, and finalization
- Performance of miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Paralegal-level duties possible immediately for the right candidate, with training available for an administrator who shows the appropriate aptitude
