Job Summary

The BIM Production Coordinator is an essential part of the design and production team. This role focuses on the coordination, development, and management of the processes surrounding the BIM models and digital assets to ensure the delivery and coordination of high-quality, immersive, and technically accurate attractions and experiences.

Essential Functions

• Internal tracking of schedule, progress, and documentation
• External tracking and reporting to the client.
• Preparing and maintaining client facing reports for communicating milestones, progress, and schedule/timelines.
• Document management. Ensuring that deliverables are in line with established scope of work
• Meeting minutes. Follow up with the team ensuring that client requests are noted and action items are shared and coordinated with the internal team
• Assisting generating exports/documents from a BIM environment
• Facilitating BIM information (including standards, to other departments, ensuring that requests to the team are properly channeled.
  
  

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeam
• Knowledge in technical software such as AutoCad, Revit, Rhino
• Knowledge in Shotgrid, MS Project
