International Financial Reporting Accountant
The International Financial Reporting Accountant plays a key role in preparing and reviewing the financial results of international subsidiaries consolidated within the Clients internal and external financial statements. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP while supporting international accounting teams with reporting inquiries.
This position may be eligible for rotation opportunities within the Accounting Division.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews financial statements of international subsidiaries and performs period, quarter, and year-end close procedures, including financial statement analysis.
- Designs and maintains OneStream reports while supporting reporting consolidation system development, implementation, and testing.
- Ensures accurate metadata setup and assesses its impact on financial statements.
- Assists with special projects, research, ad hoc financial analysis, and international meetings.
- Travels internationally as needed to support global financial reporting initiatives.
- Understands and executes key department controls related to assigned responsibilities.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the assigned workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and financial statement presentation.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration with all levels of management, internal teams, and external auditors.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work additional hours as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience with OneStream, SAP, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Google Applications.
Salary : $89,000 - $106,000
