Cleaning Crew:

ROLE PURPOSE:

To ensure that TGI Fridays' premises are clean and presentable in order to contribute to a quality Guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for following Fridays' cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning handbook
• Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cooking surfaces
• Dusts and cleans windows, counters, tables, and light fixtures
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, the perimeter of the building, and parking lot
• Works to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• Follows proper food/health safety precautions and procedures
• Performs duties as directed by Management

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment is a plus
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Must be thorough and detail-oriented
• Must be able to adapt and take direction
• Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
• Must have strong work ethic and initiative
• Must be a team player and good communicator
• Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift, and place these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezers
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe frequently
• Must be able to walk and stand during an entire shift
