Qualifications
- Proven experience in sandblasting or related industrial painting roles.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in surface preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to equipment setup and operation.

- Basic maintenance skills to troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
