Venza Care is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Falkville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. In this role, you’ll provide essential medical care, monitor patients’ health, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
2. Administer medications and injections, and take vital signs.
3. Assist with patient comfort and hygiene.
4. Monitor patients' health and report any significant changes.
5. Document medical information and care provided in patient records.
6. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
7. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

1. Current LPN license in the state of AL.
2. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
3. Clinical experience as an LPN, preferably in a healthcare facility.
4. Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care.
