What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist position at Fallbrook Woods Residential Care?
Fallbrook Woods is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The Primary focus of this position is to answer the phone promptly and professionally as well as promptly and professionally greet all guests, vendors, families, and residents. Internal phone contact with fellow employees is also expected to be conducted in a professional and prompt manner. This position is responsible for the tasks listed below.
Essential Job Functions:
- Receptionist – customer relations
- Resident Trust accounting
- Cash receipts and bank deposits
- Employee insurance and other paperwork
- Coordinate recruitment/on-boarding of employees
- Preparing reports
- Converting paperwork to digital storage
- Developing forms, posters, signs
- Challenging, detail-oriented position
- Various Administrator projects
- Social media experience helpful
Applicants must have the following minimum qualifications:
-Exceptional telephone skills.
-Knowledge and hands on use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
-Proven ability to multi-task
-Must be able to meet deadlines consistently.
-Qualified candidates will possess superb customer service and interpersonal skills, will have the ability to work collaboratively, detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
-Knowledge of Assisted Living Regulations, a plus.
Requirements Must be able to communicate clearly, written and oral, in English

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
