Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative will participate in outside sales, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility through social media, marketing initiatives, and website management. This role also involves handling data inquiries, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting overall business development efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Outside Sales, Business Development, & Lead Generation
· Work with department heads and team members on various miscellaneous projects as assigned.
· Work with all departments to sustain and grow existing business as well as generate new business.
· Utilize current resources and explore additional resources to find sales opportunities.
· Qualify leads, input them into our CRM, and forward to appropriate individuals/departments.
· Coordinate and execute sales blitzes
· Support Account Managers and provide help as needed.
Marketing & Social Media
· Assist with company social media pages, which includes creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and reporting data to supervisor.
· Work with Business Support Team to provide information for website content updates as needed.
· Collaborate with all managers on their required marketing efforts and execute plans as needed.
· Coordinate and attend trade shows.
· Create and update sales materials as well as procure literature from vendors.
· Create and send email communications via HubSpot.
minimum qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business & Marking focuses preferred) or 5 years of industry experience.
Experience: 2 years
Computer Skills:
· Microsoft Office Products, email, and video conference platforms.
· Web platform software
· Photoshop
· CRM (HubSpot preferred)
· All social media platforms
· Video editing software
