Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including weighing, labeling, and ensuring proper postage.
- Maintain an organized and clean mailroom area.
- Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, scanners, and copiers.
- Track and log shipments and deliveries as required.
- Handle special deliveries, such as certified mail or express packages, with care and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage mailroom supplies, replenishing stock as necessary.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
