Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified and overnight shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, printers, and scanners.
- Coordinate with delivery services to track and resolve shipping issues.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of mailroom supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external vendors.
- Ensure the mailroom is organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
