Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials within our facility, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Ensure materials are stored and organized properly to maximize space and efficiency.
• Prepare materials for shipping or production as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
