Families thrive is seeking a combination office / finance coordinator. Our small not for profit foster care and adoption services organization is in need of a qualified candidate in our Rochester office. Job duties include billing, invoicing, preparing deposits, entering data into QuickBooks, tracking expenses, using Excel spreadsheets and working with vendors. Office manager duties include inventory, some clerical, customer service and ensuring all office components are operated accurately. Candidate should have at least two years of finance management experience, preferably a bachelor's degree in the field and an understanding of not-for-profit work.
