Job Description:
Family Access Center is hiring a Administrative Assistant, PQI, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to join our team supporting and empowering individuals to overcome life's challenges by providing quality services in our Sioux City office.
Responsibilities:

- Knowledgeable of FAC policy and practices.
- Follow NASW Code of Ethics. Models and promotes professional behavior on a continuous basis.
- Knowledgeable about Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law 104-19, and follow these processes and procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of compliance with credentialed and licensed services at the Family Access Center to include but not limited to: Chapter 24 mental health, IDPH, SUD provider licensure, BHIS certification, public and private managed care compliance.
- Support and assist with sustaining COA accreditation for all service lines.
- Ensure effective communication and job performance consistent with the Family Access Center mission, including exemplary professionalism standards and outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Support and assist in safety compliance requirements for all FAC sites and locations.
- Assist with ensuring policy and procedure manuals are updated as reviewed/revised to meet compliance.
- Perform monitoring of compliance according to compliance and QA monitoring plan
- As assigned, provide quality assurance and human resources compliance support
- Ensure support coverage for reception including, answering phones, scanning, uploading and filing documents, conducting reminder calls and scheduling appointments as needed.
Education:
- Associate’s degree, Human Services, Business or related field, 2yr experience

Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
