Here are just some of the job duties you can expect on a daily basis.
- First point of contact for our wonderful customer's
- Creating service tickets and dispatching technicians
- Checking in equipment as it arrives
- Accounts Receivable
- Inventory Control
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
Qualified candidate must have the following:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with various managers simultaneously
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to work with a team
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel and willingness and ability to learn additional software
- Knowledge and/or experience in Quickbooks Online
**Must have a very pleasant phone voice and a fun, outgoing personality.
**Knowledge with online scheduling is a plus but not required.
This position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Starting pay is $20.00 to $ 22.00 per hour but may be evaluated based on experience.
