- Provide exceptional customer service to credit union members
- Perform various teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Assist members with account inquiries and problem resolution
- Promote and sell bank products and services to meet members needs
- - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times
- Follow bank policies and procedures for security and compliance
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of financial services and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
