We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Family Chiropractic Clinic of Saginaw. The ideal candidate will have experience in reception or similar clinic roles. Paid training will be provided.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments accurately using scheduling software
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information
- Assist with clinic procedures including patient care and hands-on patient care
Ideal Requirements:
- Experience as a front desk receptionist or in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
