We are looking for a proactive and skilled Information Systems and Technology Support Specialist to provide IT support, manage our systems, and ensure the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. This role is essential in supporting our team by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining security protocols, and optimizing our IT systems.

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Information Systems and Technology Support Specialist to provide IT support, manage our systems, and ensure the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure. This role is essential in supporting our team by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining security protocols, and optimizing our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and software application concerns.
- Maintain and manage IT systems, including workstations, servers, and cloud based solutions.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including regular updates, backups, and security monitoring.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, emails, and system access.
- Manage software licenses and oversee vendor relationships for ITrelated services.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and security.
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support for team members on IT tools and best practices.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows systems.
- Experience with cloudbased applications, such as Microsoft 365 and case management software. Previous experience with Microsoft 365 is required.
- Understanding of network systems, cybersecurity practices, and data backup solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a nontechnical team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
