We are looking for an Technical Trainer & Support Specialist to join an industry-leading firm. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative environment, who are committed to delivering excellence to their end-users. You will take ownership of their training program across their 5 local offices, which will involve defining the curriculum, designing and creating training resources, and delivering the content. You will also be involved in providing end-user support, working with end-users to resolve their technical issues, and ensuring the smooth running of their IT function.
What will this role look like?
⭐ Create training materials and establish the curriculum.
⭐ Hosting Q&A sessions for end-users on new software & platform roll-outs.
⭐ Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development & engage in continuous improvement.
⭐ Provide end-user support on technical issues, acting as the point of contact for IT issues.
What do you need?
⭐ Experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
⭐ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer service to end-users.
⭐ Previous experience training end-users on platforms or applications.
⭐ Be a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the end-user experience.
