Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of probate administration
- Provide legal guidance on estate settlements, fiduciary responsibilities, and asset distribution.
- Communicate with clients, executors, and beneficiaries with empathy and professionalism.
- Prepare and review probate pleadings, inventories, and accountings.
- Assist with trust administration and related legal matters.
- Stay up to date on probate laws and regulations to provide informed counsel to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of probate law experience
- Exceptional client experience skills with a focus on clear communication and compassionate guidance.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work independently.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- Experience with estate planning and trust administration is a plus.
