Description
Family First Health is seeking a Director of Quality and Corporate Compliance. A qualified individual would be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all activities related to the health center’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as maintaining and improving the quality of care provided to patients
Proactively evaluates areas of organizational risk based on internal assessment and external benchmarking. Implements strategies and policies that promote patient and staff safety.
Promotes and facilitates the incident and patient complaint reporting process including direction of preventable adverse events, trending and reporting of results, identification of problem-prone areas, and facilitation of prevention initiatives.
Oversees the Family First Health Quality Improvement efforts
Serves as the privacy officer to ensure organizational adherence with privacy laws
Ensure organization emergency management plan is revised and current as needed, engaging key leadership in revisions

Oversees the Family First Health Quality Improvement efforts
- Creates and maintains positive payer relationships, serving as primary administrative contact for quality programs and opportunities
- Researches and proposes strategies to improve quality revenue capture
- Collaborating with operational and clinical leaders, prioritize quality efforts that align clinical best practice guidelines, revenue opportunities and operational capacity.
Serves as the privacy officer to ensure organizational adherence with privacy laws
Ensure organization emergency management plan is revised and current as needed, engaging key leadership in revisions
Job Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field; risk management certification desirable. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional team, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of quality improvement (QI) processes, tools, and techniques; quality measurement and reporting; root cause analysis and preventive risk management strategies; accrediting bodies’ standards; and state and federal regulations.
- Strong computer skillset with experience using standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication (in writing and orally), train, and guide in a caring and supportive manner, with individuals of all backgrounds
