Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, Cross Sales are required and earn commissions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or offer additional products
Skills:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote products or services
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally and courteously
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques
- Experience with outbound calling is preferred but not required
- Ability to solve issues and research information
- Previous experience in customer service and insurance is highly desirable
- Having a Property & Casualty license is highly desirable
