Join us as an Intake Specialist/Sales Representative at a Family Law Firm, assisting clients facing challenging family law issues in SWFL. Our Team is seeking an ambitious addition to assist in converting prospective clients into becoming paying clients to allow the legal team to serve their needs. You would serve as the first point of contact for all potential, new or repeat clients helping them sign retainer agreements, pay for services, scheduling them with the legal team and essentially making the hiring process smooth and comforting. We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as the majority of this position requires phone calls and/or face to face interactions with both clients and team members. Our clients need the support of a brilliant communicator and, even more importantly, a great listener.
This powerhouse will need to manage the inherent emotional and high conflict environment of Family Law while providing elite administrative support to our team. Special attention to accuracy and detail is paramount.

Desired Experience:
We are seeking a full-time, well-rounded, Intake Specialist/Sales Representative. One or more years’ experience in Sales is preferred for this position but not absolutely required. Likewise, experience in the legal field is preferred but not required.
Your track record should demonstrate your ability to lead through both influence and learn through growth. You might be the right candidate for this position if you exhibit the following; ability to work independently, working knowledge of Google and Google Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar), as well as Microsoft Word and Excel, and ideally, Lawmatics. You should have a positive mindset, be dependable and a self-starter, a team player with excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), ability to set and manage goals, timelines and priorities, a high level of organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, be an effective communicator with a strong attention to detail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Potential New Client Intake Calls & In Person Meetings
- Outward Client facing interactions representing FFLG and assisting in new client conversions
- Potential new Client follow-up correspondence and Client care assistance: calls, emails, in-person
- Retainer contract drafting, review and management
- Retainer payment processing and payment plan oversight
- Retention and new client onboarding processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks/duties while complying with internal due dates
- Administrative Support Duties
- Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe E-Signature
- Managing payments & related new client transactional record keeping
- Client Relations Management Systems (CRM & Firm Management Software)
- Data Entry Management - Department Reporting
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly range for this position is negotiable but typically within $18.00-$22.00 per hour, which is accompanied by performance-based bonuses and other incentives. The individuals’ pay, including bonuses and incentives, is based on various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. Additional benefits we supply are 401(k) with employer match, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, flexible schedules, and the ability to work from home.
