What does this job entail? :
Working in insurance is for the individuals who have a fire for life, a passion for people, and a nonstop FIGHT within them.
This job will include :
- NO EXPERIENCE IN SALES NEEDED. ( I did not need sales experience and neither should you, of course it helps greatly.)
- Commission Based Pay (Premium x 12 depending on carrier)
- Becomingyour ownboss, starting your own branch of the agency.
- 90 Day, Hands-On Training
- Working around people who will push you to be your best 24 / 7.
- Incentives just for working hard with the team.
- Relocation to Tampa for the first90 Days. Online is an option after hands on training.
- PAID Travel Fees for relocation.
- Lead Based Sales, that means NO Cold Calling.
- Culture is judgement free and team building will be a MUST.

So, Who is Donovyn Marino? : I am an Insurance Producer with FFL and when I first started, I knew absolutely nothing about sales. I worked at a pizza shop for 3 years as a manager and then did 2 months as a server before I realized I wanted more, better. I came to FFL and instantly started making more than I ever would in a month of working at the shop in a month, all over the course of a week. My first week at FFL I made3.5k, more than I’d ever seen in my bank account. The best part besides helping families, is the fact that EVERYBODY needs life insurance, and as FFL continues to rise, you can sit back and watch, or you can join the ride, the choice is yours.
What Is The Hiring Process? :
I will review your application and reach out through email or phone to set up an interview.
I will walk you through how to get licensed. (If already licensed, this is not applicable.)
I will get you onboarded with our carriers, we have quite a few so the main 3 will be Ethos, Americo, and Mutual of Omaha to start.
I'll get you on down to Tampa and you'll start working with the team!

Pay : $5,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
Expected hours : 10 – 80 per week
Benefits : Flexible schedule
Supplemental Pay : Bonus opportunities
