Job Overview:
The Medical Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing administrative support, managing patient intake, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the office. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients as they arrive.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting to appropriate staff.
- Verify patient information and update medical records as needed.
- Collect and process patient forms, including insurance details and medical histories.
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the waiting area is clean and organized.
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process medical records, lab results, and other paperwork efficiently.

Friday 8am - 5pm (closed 11:45-1 for lunch)
Saturday 8am - 3pm
