Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist and educate clients with the flooring that best suits their needs.
- Assists sales teams with ordering samples.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly and professional appearance.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
