At Family Focus, we provide each team member with robust peer supervision which in turn prepares them to deliver impactful and personalized services to our clients. We believe in investing in each other to help us become the best version of ourselves.
We are recruiting for both full and part-time Parent Aides. Our full-time Parent Aides provide 24 hours of Face-to-Face client care each week. Our part-time team members provide up to 23.5 hours of care each week depending on the needs of our clients.

Parent aides are responsible for assisting with transportation arrangements/client transportation, assisting families by helping them connect to community resources, providing parenting education, and crisis intervention in connection with the family's identified goals. Parent aides provide goal-oriented services for families involved with DCS, juvenile probation, and/or those in need of services in the client's home or one of our Family Focus offices.
