We have an opening for a Senior Production Supervisor to join our team. We are seeking a high-accountability leader who excels in both day-to-day operations and driving long-term solutions. In this role, you will own the production floor, ensuring that every aspect of the space—organization, efficiency, and safety—is maintained to the highest standards.

Job Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for all activity occurring on their Shift at their Plant, with a primary focus on ensuring teams are adequately staffed, training is being accomplished, monitoring progress, and upholding accountabilities.
Job Objectives

Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Identify issues and improve processes using OEE.Maintain progress through Punch Lists and ensure timely resolution of issues.Motivate daily production activities through KPI achievement and payout incentives.Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure efficient labor assignment, optimal line performance, and streamlined production.Lead and manage production teams with a focus on achieving production goals efficiently and on schedule, minimizing disruptions.Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a diverse team, including 8 Foremen, Data Entry Workers, Junior Superintendent, Nights Superintendent, and Sanitation Superintendent.Implement Pay for Performance programs and provide raises as team members grow in skill and knowledge.Train and develop operators and foremen to improve problem-solving skills and reduce recurring issues.Conduct weekly production meetings focused on quality, productivity, and safety to ensure alignment with accountability.Hold team members accountable for their roles in production success.Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement
Own problem resolution across equipment, materials, staffing, and process breakdowns.Monitor quality, efficiency, and safety, taking immediate corrective actions when gaps are identified.Proactively address resource gaps (headcount, training, etc.) before they impact operations.Administrative & People Management
Oversee payroll, PTO, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.Audit training records and employee competencies to maintain high performance standards.Maintain fast response times for key communications, with emails and inquiries addressed within 24 hours.Operational Alignment & Work Prioritization
Verify accuracy and completeness of production paperwork, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.Adjust schedules and workflows as needed to ensure efficiency and meet shipment deadlines.Collaborate with supply chain and planning teams to ensure seamless production and inventory flow.Provide clear, concise production updates through shift reports, headcount planning, and inventory tracking.Driving Culture & Performance
Set and maintain high expectations, embedding accountability in the team culture.Recognize and celebrate successes, promoting a continuous improvement mindset.Manage bonus payouts and performance tracking, ensuring rewards align with team impact and effort.Requirements :
Required Skills / Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5 years of relevant work experience.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and accountability mindset with ownership of production success.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment and processes.Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.Results-driven, organized, and reliable.Schedule
