Family Health Care is expanding its IT department by adding an EHR Clinical Systems Analyst I. The EHR Clinical Systems Analyst can be located in any of Family Health Care’s main locations—Cadillac, Baldwin, White Cloud, Grant, or Big Rapids!
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides training to new and existing staff on Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Develops training materials, handouts, instructional materials as needed for staff.
- Provides daily support and troubleshooting on EHR and related systems.
- Maintains knowledge of application and related programs, as well as the daily needs of the healthcare setting and policies and procedures therein.
- Shadows workflows practices to identify potential process improvements within the EHR.
- Works in partnership with leadership and staff to translate clinical requirements into specifications for the EHR.
- Submits and monitors support tickets to EHR vendor(s) and other support staff.
