We are seeking a Pediatric Sales Leader for our community care outpatient facility

Location: Florida
- Salary: $150-$175K with the opportunity for 100% bonus - if sales targets are hit

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling referral sources
- Lead generation and relationship development - you will calling on and educating physicians and hospital team members and hyper-focused on referral generation to our facility.
- Team management - oversee and direct 6 sales people
- Implement and execute immediate action plans to revitalize underperforming sales territories and drive rapid revenue growth
- Execute, develop, and deploy high-impact sales strategies that deliver immediate, measurable results in a competitive market.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, emphasizing rapid onboarding and continuous performance improvement
- Establish and maintain rigorous performance metrics, providing transparent and timely reporting on sales activities and results. Streamline and optimize sales processes, ensuring strict adherence to performance standards and accountability for results.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate Spark from competitors.
- Cultivate, manage and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations. You will communicate compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences
