Job Roles
Core responsibilities include :
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, monitor scope creep, and budget.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage resources, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Conduct data-driven analyses to support project planning, execution, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop project schedules, track milestones, and identify potential risks with mitigation strategies.
Engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to gather input, align expectations, and ensure buy-in.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and clarity on project goals and activities.
Provide training and guidance to team members on effective use of project management applications.
Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft PowerBI is essential.
Direct, train, assign, and evaluate subordinate clerical and technical personnel in the performance of standard tasks (if applicable).

If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and / or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
