Job Summary
The Referral Coordinator is the liaison between provider, patient, and outside facilities in order to continue to provide quality care along with excellent customer service. This role processes patient referrals to outside agencies accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care for our patients.
Qualifications
- Effective professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to self-start, work independently and work as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records and/or scheduling preferred.
Schedule
Full Time, Monday through Friday, no nights/weekends/holidays.
