Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide at Family Home Care Services of Brooklyn & Queens in Brooklyn, NY. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing patient care, personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining open communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Home Care and Patient Care skills
- Communication skills
- Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care skills
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Certification in Home Health Aide training program
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Ability to work well in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $17 - $20
