Social Workers implement standards of social work care and help us address the psychosocial needs of our patients and their families. Family Hospice provides top-quality in-home care services to home hospice patients. Our approach is simple: we work closely with our patients and their families to create a care plan that meets all of their needs, both physically and emotionally. An important part of the success of this approach is our Medical Social Workers.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Social Work master’s program
- Minimum of one year's experience in health care
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Possesses and maintains a valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
