Family Insight, P.C. is a well-established community based organization which consists of a committed group of professionals and counselors dedicated to promoting the mental, emotional and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We provide treatment for children, adolescents, families and adults who have been diagnosed with a wide range of mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
We currently have a full-time position available in Richmond, VA for a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LPC, LCSW or LMFT).
**COMPETITIVE PAY**
Job Requirements: Must be an LMHP (Licensed Mental Health Professional) in the State of Virginia. Preferred candidate will be eligible to provide clinical supervision towards licensure. Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling; thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of basic interviewing and assessment skills; working knowledge of human services system, roles of human services personnel, and relevant community resources; ability to conduct and facilitate meetings; ability to form effective supervisory relationships with subordinate staff; ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social service providers, service purchases, and clients; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
