The role of the Family Law Attorney requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients to develop effective case strategies tailored to their unique needs, and manage a diverse caseload, advocating for clients in court and providing strategic legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and paternity matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage all aspects of case development, from client intake to resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that meet their specific goals.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as necessary.
