Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and estate planning documents.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Assist attorneys with project management tasks to ensure timely completion of legal matters.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Utilize document management systems to store and retrieve important legal documents efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records and case information.
- Stay informed about changes in tribal law regulations and other relevant legal updates.
Skills
- Proficient in legal drafting with a strong attention to detail.

Experience requirements
- Associate degree preferred, High school diploma required
- Certificate of Paralegal Services
- Minimum of 2 years experience in legal field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
Salary commensurate with experience
paid vacation, sick leave, holidays including extended Christmas/New years break

Hours of operation Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
