Family Medical Center of Michigan, Inc., is seeking a Full Time experienced Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled duties in preventative maintenance, day to day maintenance and general repair of buildings and related facilities and systems. Areas of knowledge and experience should include a working understanding of operational processes and technology including basic experience in electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning and general building maintenance. This is a department of one, so the ability to work independently, manage projects and facilitate outside vendors is key.
Working locations include our Health Centers in Temperance, Adrian, Monroe and Carleton, Michigan

- 5 Years of experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of current automobile insurance
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Excellent skills in communication (written and verbal) with the ability to impart
information and relate effectively to co-workers, outside vendors and inspectors
- The ability to organize activities, keep accurate records, and complete reports as needed
