Job Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and assists with maintenance activities.
- Ensures the building, landscaping, and community grounds are maintained, following daily and weekly schedules and assisting with repairs, renovation projects, and safety inspections.
- Assists with various projects and completes repairs as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring residents' maintenance requests are completed satisfactorily and timely.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 1 - 3 years of maintenance experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods and able to lift 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience working in an Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-term care facility, or memory care facility.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
