Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Family RV Association's (FRVA) marketing strategies. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive impactful marketing initiatives, oversee a talented team, and ensure alignment with FRVA’s mission of fostering community and camaraderie among RV enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with FRVA’s goals.
- Establish priorities, timelines, and deliverables for all marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Marketing Assistant(s), fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
2. Project Oversight
- Execute and/or oversee marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to FRVA’s standards across all platforms and materials.
- Review and approve all marketing materials before publication or distribution.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to the executive team, focusing on ROI and strategic growth opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, advertisers, and other key stakeholders.
Marketing Manager’s Tasks
- Define marketing priorities and create actionable timelines.
- Create and/or supervise the creation of engaging content and the execution of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strategically direct event promotion activities to maximize visibility and participation.
- Approve all marketing materials and campaigns to ensure quality and alignment with FRVA’s brand identity.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including event teams, sponsors, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with the RV industry or membership/community-oriented organizations is a plus.
