Family Pathways is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate who excels in recruitment and administrative support, benefits administration, and employee relations. Our HR team plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our employees have the support they need to excel. In collaboration with the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Associate will perform a wide variety of administrative and HR related functions including but not limited to recruitment, hiring and onboarding, benefit administration, personnel management, payroll support, and regulatory and compliance support.

What You Get in Return
- Typical Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour (non-exempt)
- Work-Life Balance: Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30 pm
- Benefits: Family Pathways offers competitive pay and benefits to our eligible employees. Benefit eligibility is based on average hours worked per week.
