Family Pet Clinic of Redondo Beach, an AAHA-certified hospital located just 2 miles from the beach in sunny Southern California, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team.
Our Practice:
Family Pet Clinic is not just a workplace; it's a close-knit family of 40 exceptional Veterinary professionals, including six veterinarians and 6 RVTs. We pride ourselves on having an elite client base and strong relationships with regional specialists. Personalized care is at the heart of our approach, ensuring the best possible experience for each client and pet.We prioritize Fear Free handling techniques to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our patients. Our practice offers a wide range of services including general medicine and surgery, soft tissue surgery, brachycephalic medicine and surgery, dentistry, and abdominal ultrasound services. We regularly utilize a Companion Class IV Therapy laser, enhancing our treatment options.
Our Facility:
- Family Pet Clinic boasts five well-equipped exam rooms to facilitate efficient patient care.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position.No after-hour emergencies, and closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Responsibilities:
The Veterinary Hospital Manager will share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care. Responsibilities include operational oversight of the hospital, managing financial and business development, overseeing client care, and fostering leadership and development within the team.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills. Experience in veterinary management and business operations is preferred.
