Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and stock inventory daily
- Maintaining the appearance of shipping/receiving area
- Maintaining the appearance of themselves
- Meeting or exceeding daily sales goals
- Attending weekly department meetings
- Maintaining awareness of manufacture promotions and incentives
- Maintaining positive attitude
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintaining product knowledge
- Comply with all incentives set forth by Parts Manager to sell aging inventory before 12 month no-sale and properly tagging aged inventory
- Communicating with other departments
- Any and all other duties that relate to parts and accessories
- Help keep all P&A department expenses to a minimum
- keep freight expenses to a minimum
- Help maintain proper inventory levels
- Maintain proper phone techniques
- Understand Lightspeed and PM Pro
- Maintain fronted selves
- Maintain clean work space
- Maintain clean department
- Maintain proper merchandizing throughout department
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Accurately counting down cash drawer daily
Physical Demands:
Must be able to move around a shop atmosphere easily and perform light to moderately heavy lifting. Will be walking and on feet most of the day. Must have full use of hands for typing.
There is no light duty available.
