Job Description:
As the Clinic Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our busy family practice clinic. You will work closely with our providers and staff to maintain a positive, efficient, and productive environment while delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic's administration, human resources, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality care delivery.
- Manage a team of administrative staff and support providers by fostering a positive, cohesive, and motivated work environment.
- Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment, staff onboarding, and staff disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and company policies.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, manage office supplies, and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor clinic financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and managing expenses.
- Address patient complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with providers to improve clinic procedures, patient satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Train and develop clinic staff to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for clinic performance, staff metrics, and other operational data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar role within a healthcare environment.
- Strong background in HR and staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- In-depth understanding of clinic operations, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with medical office software, scheduling systems, and office management tools.
- Knowledge in medical billing and insurance
- A background in family practice or primary care is preferred, but not required
