Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President to join our senior management team. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic management plans to drive business growth and excellence. The successful candidate will oversee the development of behavioral health programs, foster partnerships, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Develop and execute management strategies to meet priority goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Program Development and Oversight: Plan, organize, and direct the programmatic direction of Behavioral Health Programs, ensuring progress towards departmental and organizational objectives.
- Clinical Supervision and Support: Provide oversight and coverage to all Behavioral Health Programs, including 24/7 on-call coverage as needed, to ensure timely response to emergencies.
- Team Management and Development: Supervise, guide, and direct team members, addressing performance issues through improvement plans or corrective action measures.
- Staffing and Training: Interview, hire, develop, and retain high-quality clinical staff, designing a training program that promotes learning and skill development.
- Budgeting and Contract Management: Manage annual operating budgets and contracts, identifying strategies to generate and maximize revenue by marketing Behavioral Health services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with Chief Program Officer to engage clinicians in a clearly identified learning plan, ensuring they are positioned to succeed in their roles.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and adherence to quality assurance standards, maintaining adequate supervision and services based on individual needs.
Requirements
- Education: Masters Degree in human services required.
- Experience: At least 10 years of management experience in the health and human services field, with 5 years of professional experience working directly with persons with mental health, substance use disorder, or other intellectual disabilities.
- Licenses and Certifications: LCSW required; CASAC credentialing preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, project management, financial management, contract management, problem-solving, and event planning skills, with ability to formulate and sustain positive working relationships with colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
