About the Role
Lager Counseling Services (LCS) is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Operations (DOO) to help build, scale, and optimize our operational systems as we expand. This is not a maintenance role—we need an EOS Like Integrator who can turn vision into structured execution by driving operational excellence, opening new locations, and developing leadership teams to sustain long-term growth.
If you are looking for a predictable 9-5 role focused on maintaining daily operations, this is NOT for you. This role is for a proactive leader who thrives on reverse-engineering business goals into structured execution while ensuring profitability, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Reverse-Engineering Goals
- Break down annual business objectives into measurable quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans
- Ensure KPIs are consistently tracked, monitored, and acted upon
- Lead weekly leadership meetings where performance data drives decisions
Systems Development & Process Optimization
- Build repeatable, structured workflows for operations, hiring, onboarding, and retention
- Ensure all operational processes are documented and standardized
- Eliminate inefficiencies that impact scalability and profitability
Leadership & Accountability Oversight
- Develop location leaders who can run independent locations with minimal oversight
- Hold leadership accountable for meeting targets without reminders
- Remove bottlenecks that slow down execution
Expansion & Business Growth (Location Launch & Stabilization)
- Successfully open and stabilize new locations based on defined operational milestones
- Ensure new locations reach profitability within the first 6 months
- Build systems for location leadership development
Financial & Operational Efficiency
- Track revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs to ensure financial health
- Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation for growth
- Ensure full-time employees are meeting productivity expectations

Requirements
✔ 5 years of experience as a Director of Operations, COO, or similar role in a service-based business
✔ Proven ability to scale multi-location operations
✔ Experience in data tracking, financial metrics, and process optimization
✔ EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
