Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform IV infusion and IV insertion procedures efficiently and safely.
- Conduct gastric lavage and spinal tap procedures when necessary.
- Collect specimens for processing and ensure proper handling according to protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Familiarity with Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings.
