Qualifications:
- Education Required: Open
- Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
- Experience Preferred: Experience with a non-profit organization.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and vehicle with appropriate auto insurance required. Must be able to pass the motor vehicle record background check.

- Position Hours: Typically Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility outside of those hours.

Position Details
The Director of Finance will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Development Officer (CDO) in determining long-term financial goals and developing strategies to achieve the financial objectives of Family Resources. The Director will manage the organization’s financial operations, including oversight of accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, production of financial statements and reports, and advisement of the senior management team on financial decisions. The Director is responsible for monitoring and maintaining internal controls while overseeing financial systems and related compliance requirements. They are responsible for the department's goals and measures and will work collectively across the agency to meet outcomes. This position must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. This position will need to have a flexible schedule that may include working some nights, weekends, and holidays.
