What are the responsibilities and job description for the FSH HealthCorps Enrollment and Retention Specialist position at Family Scholar House?
Family Scholar House is joining forces with AmeriCorps and CDC to support COVID-19 recovery, make our nation more resilient and build the next public health workforce by placing AmeriCorps Members in long term care facilities across the Commonwealth.
The focus of the FSH HealthCorps Enrollment and Retention Specialist is to support Public Health AmeriCorps Members during their onboarding process prior to service and share program marketing via social media.
The FSH HealthCorps Enrollment and Retention Specialist will be responsible for many of the day to day administrative tasks that come with the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of our members across the program. Some of these tasks include:
- Run background check reports and file the results in Salesforce
- Ensure all member files in Salesforce are complete and labeled properly
- Work in eGrants portal to send invites for member account activation
- Set up member profiles in our timesheet system
- Collect New Hire Paperwork and Routing forms for payroll
- Set Up Payroll for each member
- Work closely with FSH HealthCorps Success Coordinators and Program Director to communicate when each step is completed in member enrollment
Position Requirements:
- Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Salesforce a plus
- Experience in AmeriCorps processes a plus
- Comfortable completing complex tasks in multiple online databases
- Success working on a deadline
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
