ESSENTIAL FUN C TIONS
- Monitor Admissions Phone Line, answering phone live when possible. Respond to voice mails within 24 hours.
- Monitor Admissions email, responding to internal and web requests in a timely manner.
- Receive initial requests for services and determine
- Meet with client and family for registration process.
- Coordinate access to services, including insurance benefit checks and other financial processes.
- Set up Payors correctly in the EMR system as needed.
- Schedules and documents services.
- Monitor Contact Screens by Provider for "Pending" Admissions and follow-up.
- Enter data into the Client EMR, such as demographics, payors, etc., in an accurate and timely manner.
- Handle mailings and other support services, as requested.
- Close client charts when needed.
- Complete contract services for foster care and child welfare.
- Schedule psychological evaluations through internal referrals.
- Provide individualized assistance for School-Based Program admissions.
- Provide weekly updates of the Admissions Clinic Schedule to Team Managers, Crisis, and other Admissions Navigators.
- Admissions Navigator representative meet with Team Managers and Director of Clinical Services to collaborate and maintain procedure stability.
- Work closely with Care Navigators to ensure whole client care.
- Monitor tracking spreadsheets and update as needed.
- Support any grant guidelines and requirements, providing assistance when needed.
- Maintain appropriate channels of communication with Agency staff.
- Provide administrative support team coverage as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by the Administrative Support Manager or designee.
- Comply with Family Service and Guidance Center policies and procedures; take appropriate action to correct any obvious unsafe conditions.
- Travel between office locations may be required.
